One-on-One Policy

I want your experience at NOMAD to be the most relaxing experience possible for both you and I, therefore I ask that you leave your children/+ 1s at home, and attend your appointment alone. 

Booking and Deposit Policy 

All new colour guests are asked to attend a complimentary 15 minute consultation in the salon.  This is a great opportunity to discuss your hair and what you are hoping to achieve.  

If we decide to proceed with a colour appointment, a $60 deposit is required (refundable at your first appointment* - please refer to a Cancellation and No Show Policies for further info)

Consultations and deposits are not required for hair styling or cuts.

Late Arrival Policy

I schedule just enough time between appointments to allow for cleaning the salon, and preparing for the next appointment.  Unfortunately, I do not have enough time up my sleeve to cater for tardiness, therefore, late arrivals will be charged $1 per minute.  If too much time has lapsed, I cannot guarantee the original service booked will be possible, and it may need to be altered or rescheduled, and you will be charged the $60 No Show fee.

Confirmation Policy 

Please confirm your appointment via your reminder text message by replying ‘YES’ within 12 hours of receiving your reminder.  If you do not confirm your appointment, it may be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation Policy 

A $60 cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.  This will either be taken from your deposit, or if no deposit was taken, charged to your account and an invoice will be sent.

No Show Policy

A $60 fee will be charged in the same way the cancellation fee is charged.  You will also be put on the ‘Grey List’ after your first No Show, and if it happens twice, you will be put on the ‘Black List’ and will no longer be able to book in at our salon.
